First week of the low calorie /lower fat diet Lost 9lb so far, yay me .. I'm not feeling hungry and still struggling to eat more than 1000 calories.. Wish every week could be as good as this one but know that it would mainly be water this week which is why the loss is so high... I have been taking Orlistat too and tbh not seen any thing from them. I was scared starting them as everyone told me horror stories but I have seen no noticeable side effects... So onwards and upwards although I hope the scale reading continues to go downwards. I am starting to go for walks this week try and get some exercise into my week ..it's so hard when everything hurts so much though...
