I hit rock bottom, I let go of my diet, and now I weigh the haveyest I have EVER weighed in at. But that is all changing as of yesterday..I mean business when I cant fit into my shorts from last summer! There were some things to make gain weight like quiting smoking is good for your lungs bad for your weight! It made me pack on pounds! I am gonna do it, I have to!

Booo... I'm with you. I quite smoking 2 years ago and have felt great, all except for this extra 20lbs that I have packed on. Picked smoking back up about a week ago. It's sad and I hate the habit, but???? Good luck, Luv.
