Ok I am such an emotional eater it is disgusting! Been a blah few days, today being the worst so I gave in when the hubby wanted pizza. Oh well. Bad timing when I just started a weight loss challenge. I will get back on track. I am having more and more "bad" days with my last 10lbs to lose. I know I have to work harder but am having a hard time. You would think I would have lots of time since I am home on mat leave but it just isn't happening! I guess I have to put on my big girl panties and get it done! I've lost 27lbs so far with my diet and exercise, I just need to step it up and lose the last 10. I know I can do this!

I know you can do it too! Part of the journey is dealing with the ups and downs but always being able to pick yourself up and carry on. Looking forward to participating in this next challenge with you.
