Here I go again not eating enough calories? Anyone else struggle with this? I was under my calories almost all week and I gained weight 😢🙄😢 I try to have at least 1000-1300 calories per day but I’m just not hungry?

I feel you! I always gain weight when I don’t eat enough. I started seriously tracking and making myself eat(also higher protein). So many years I’d tell myself I was doing a good thing by eating less, but I truly believe it’s not beneficial. Your body needs the fuel

Your body thinks it is in a starvation situation. It goes into conservation mode, storing everything you eat in case you don't have food availability. Basically you need to schedule and plan your food to fuel your body. Divide your calories between meals and snacks. You don't want to get to the end of the day needing to eat to make your count. Your awareness is to be commended. You are able to control your overeating. Now you need to advance to seeing food as gas for your engine. You can do this!

I can't eat when I'm under big stress. (Which happens to me quite a lot). But with that is a lack of good sleep & lack of productive exercise. Those added together=stall or water weight gain. It's hard. Keep trying!
