so...another 1/2 pound. people are starting notice which is very exciting. I also started that monthly cycle this week which explains the slight weight gain last week.

I have three major goals:
1st goal: 10% loss...I am 9 pounds away from that.

2nd goal: 150 pounds which will be the weight I was when I got married in 1998. I will probably put on my wedding dress just for fun and take a picture

3rd goal: get down to goal weight of 135.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
