Good day, weather nice. Hard keeping to my calorie intake, but making up for it with tons of water. Looking forward to reset of day. Started around 2:50 this morning, walked a solid three hours, 45 minutes. 4oz bake salmon, and 1/2 avocado, protein drink, and 2 cups green tea for breakfast. Already have hit 24,046 steps at 8:16am. Shooting for 40,000+ today, mostly after work. Everyone stay safe, and YOU CAN DO IT!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I'm amazed you get up so early to walk! Do you not need much sleep or go to bed really early? Either way awesome exercise. :)

I do go to bed early. I have realized after eons of reading about it, and people taking about it. Your body needs it's rest to exercise best. I had another great morning. Fortunately weather has been rather decent in Houston, and not have to rely on hours of treadmill. Take care and be safe everyone.
