I lost 7kg in 7 months and have kept it off since December. Fixed my metabolism and mind set around food. Got the antidepressant I needed. I'm proud of me and hopefully I can get back to light exercise in a week or two.

@roseanneveeranna3 I stuck with 1400 for 3 months and then went up to 1500/1600 which is maintainable for me and I still have this goal when I'm not exercising. When I exercise 3 times a week consistently then I can increase my calories without gaining weight.
