I have made the right food choices through my re-induction phase and it has paid off. Last night I was at a dinner gathering at my brother's house and it was difficult because it was pizza. I brought a large garden salad for everyone and I slid the topping off the dough of the pizza and just had that. I felt guilty, because my brother paid for the pizza and I felt like I was waisting food. Next time I will have to plan how to handle someone buying pizza situation better.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I too slide the topping off the pizza,have a going away party at Pizza Hut for a friend tomorrow,thank goodness for the salad bar.The pizza,well,maybe one slice,NOT ON YOR LIFE! This weightloss is for my health,not to be determined by my friends feelings,she loves me anyway.More pizza for everyone else I say!You did an excellent job bringing a healthy salad,they learn by your example!.

Thankss! I agree with you my health was first priority. It was funny because my sister in law looked at me doing it and said "oh, you're on a diet?". I told her I wasn't on a diet and that I am eating healthy. I think if i am in the situation where someone is buying pizza, I will insist on buying my own small one, then I won't feel like I am waisting their money buy throwing the dough away....Good luck at Pizza Hut! I am sure you will do great with smart choices!
