I have a question can u eat well lose weight without counting cal intake I have a problem sometimes I eat out get busy with friends and lost momentum really help

Addison ur so right will zip it once am in Istanbul start healthy eating my latest victim is smitten tomorrow big lunch to send me off to Istanbul once am back will stay in his place by the sea …. He said will help me burn the calories once am back😀 poor guy on the chase for a while now ….will keep u posted and ad you know a wild one when u meet one 😀☺️😱

I would count total calories for the week. you can cut 50cal from each day for 6days. (not a lot to sacrifice) but add it to day 7. so you get 300extra to have fun with. or in reverse, count the extra calories you used, and then the following week split the extra by 6days. it's not such a big deal. 50cals is like 2 mouth fulls of food.

Now the last two days I’ve stopped having rice bread pasta Today my food choice wasn’t what I wanted but will have to go along with it Tuesday will start fresh ..
