You've got to live your life and you can't always be counting and restricting everything all the time. But ultimately you have to decide for yourself what your priorities are. If we really want to lose weight I think most of us do need to track calories in and out because we're not good at guesstimating and we tend to think we're being more virtuous than we really are. Maybe when you're out with friends you can just snap pictures with your phone of your meals and drinks, so you can enter them in your food diary later?

Counting help to keep track. But if you’re out make sensible choices and you should be good. The hardest bit is making sensible choices.

You can count 6 days a week and eat whatever you want 1 day every week. You can party on that day.

Ad I will make sensible choices now when out plus am going to be with family in Istanbul so it’s easier … then back here for a few weeks party !

Have regular meals each day (protein & carbs & fat), move your body, walk more and you’ll be golden (:
But remember, weight loss doesn’t happen over night. You just have to be patient (:

I guess it’s about balancing. I have various lists. When I’m not able to follow them, I try to make fortunate calculations. For me, not skipping snacks and water intake are essential. Other mishaps could be tamed 🎀

u can do it Nadia, just remember everything in moderation, so if u eat out try and make sensible choices, portion control but remember a little of what u fancy does u good. just b mindful if ur not in a position to count calories. Besides u have been doing this long enough and losing weight to have an educated guess my lovely xx

When you're vacationing/traveling, a lot can depend on your environment. Are the people that you're visiting slender & healthy? Then try to match them in terms of portion size and content. Don't have second helpings or go crazy with drinks, as that will trash your weight loss. And definitely get exercise: dancing (again, watch the drinks), walks and swimming daily if it's available.

Nadia, I had the midlife crisis thing a few years back.... I know what u mean! 😅 enjoy it, make the most of it. Just keep 1 eye 👁 on the food situation, other aspects r memories, the food u will have to look in the mirror every day and see and feel what u have done. Dont undo ur good work. Have a great time tho xx🤪😉😊
