I’m always amazed when I start eating healthy, that I struggle to get enough calories?
I think it’s fear based? If I don’t get to close to the calorie budget then I have an “out” for more food?
Tomorrow is a new day and I will stop living in fear and live in the confidence that I do in fact, have self discipline and I can eat like a healthy adult.
