Oh right lol. It’s almost the same as the carrot muffins recipe.
3 ripened bananas
1 single container of unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp nutmeg
0.75 tsp salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1.25 cups large flake oats ( soak in some water, just enough to moisten it all)
0.25 cup walnut pieces
Mix wet ingredients plus salt and sugar
Mix dry ingredients
Add oats to wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Bake in muffin tins at 350C for 30 minutes.

They’re 144 cals each. They are better the next day, I think it’s the time it takes for the oats to gel in there or something.
