So... in the interest of do more for myself and get out of this plateau I have been stuck on....I scheduled a haircut and I am going to shop for a new outfit that is NOT exercise gear tonight. Then I am going to poke around our local granola store and look for something to treat myself with. No grocery shopping, no errands, no gym, really I plan to be a selfish wench for a change.

When you are always doing for everyone else it gets hard to remember who YOU are and to prioritize yourself. At least for me it is. Which is why my own meal plans, workouts, etc always get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Well dammit no more!
