didn't eat much yesterday. Jacks for breakfast, lean shake for lunch, PBJ for dinner with a piece of cheese, and a few nilla wafers. had a whole diet pill. my blood pressure was up at the doctor
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
