We're fat.. that's why we're here.. we all need to lose weight.. but if you don't learn to love yourself now, you're not gonna love yourself later.... fat or skinny... So pick it up... We are who we are... we made mistakes... and no amount of regret is going to change that.. It's just going to poison our minds with negativity... What will change it, is to keep moving forward.. we'll slip now and then, it's going to happen... The key is to keep going forward...
