I have been traveling since Febrauary and have not been able to plan and maintain or record my diet on a regular basis. The current trips I am making are on a pretty regular basis, so I hope to be able to manage my intake better on this schedule. The weight I used today is the weight I had at the doctor's office which included my clothes. Therefore, I may be less but not enough to be significant.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
