Lol, we were having this convo with another member yesterday... What helps me is milled flax seed, it's very versatile, and coconut oil, although it does contain fat, but it's still good for you.... But the flaxseed is pure fiber, so I'd try that first! Good luck!

Take a fiber vitamin or benefiber right about you eat so you start moving and feel fuller longer. Or try just adding more greens into your diet. Kale, cabbage ect.

if I'm having trouble, I use magnesium citrate from the 99 cent store. not too much or you will get a dramatic result. Magnesium draws water and is pretty safe as far as that sort of thing. it's just a liquid you drink- no carbs or calories to speak of anything.

Yeah, you can sneak it in a lot of meals. I put some in my smoothies, or I make this thing called a "muffin in a minute"... It's an atkins recipe, it only has 2 carbs, and it's super filling. You can find the recipe on here, or Google it and it'll pop up. You can find it in most stores, usually on the isle with the baking products, by the flour and cornmeal.

If you're able to drink it, a cup of black coffee without anything added, it definitely works wonders. No fiber in it, though.

i used the powder stuff you can add to food/drinks.. I add mine to the muffin in a minute or my crystal light and the more veggie thing real works.. Kale is amazing .. im just saying (wink, wink), Also I notice when I work out, even just walking, things seem to move along better and add more water to your diet.. it helps to be hydrated.

ground flax seed is a GREAT way to get fiber and not much extra calories, I mix a couple of tbs in half cup, yogurt, oatmeal or apple sauce, plus it helps move things along really well. It is a MUST HAVE daily for me.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but magnesium citrate capsules work well for me. Take 2 on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, drink a couple glasses of water, and usually by noon the process is moving.

One of my FB Buddies recommended taking Magnesium. Now that I take it and have posted it, a lot more FB Buddies have told me they take it. Since taking Magnesium at night and Probiotic in the morning (with the exception of the days I was eating peanut butter), I haven't had a problem. Additionally, I found out that American women are usually deficient in Calcium, and that aids weight loss as well. Just 3 supplements you might want to consider if you don't wnt to add caloriy/fat/carbs and just need the nutrients.

So glad I am back on this site, I really appreciate everyone's input on this issue... Not like I am getting too much dairy, I think my body is still in shock after 10 days of truly healthy eating.
