My first thought when I saw how it looked after being cooked Sallyjeanm 😀 I guess it's a popular mix for people who juice... only I'd rather the joy of chewing through a hearty bowl of soup over drinking juice any winter's day 😂

Mirabelka, yes it does... reminded me of when I was growing up and my mum cooked beets whenever they were in season... It's more filling than the Asian Veg mix, so I'll be adding it to my regular soup rotation for sure 😋
