I'm changing my Goal Weight. To see that HUGE 100 pound goal seems like such a big deal.. and it is.. but as I remember with Weight Watchers, the first few goals were 5% of body weight, 25 pounds and 10% of body weight. So my first goal will be to lost 5% of my body weight. Which is still a lot because I've gained so much. So, rounding up.. makes my first goal 15 pounds.
15 pounds it is....
