Diet Santuy. Kemarin diet strict banget. tapi setelah dihitung kalorinya dibawah 1000 kalori terus. Takut sakit, Ngeri kenapa2. apalagi omicron naik lagi. Ngejar makan biar diatas BMR, biar imun terjaga. Tapi penurunan berat badannya juga yaaa santuy banget. hahaha gapapa ga cepet, harus sabar. Semangat! Sehat selalu. aamiin
