Thank you. This plateau has been killing me. Finally broke through and my body is in hyper burn mode. I’m loving it right now. Hoping my next plateau is my goal. I’m very close. I’m going to weight in again in the morning and see what’s what, but I’m keep my water consumption very high at 2 gallons and I need every bit. Saying that to say, this isn’t water weight and I’m not losing muscle. I’m very excited.
