I got a lot of exercise today. I walked the dog for 30 minutes, then I went to the gym with my friend and we walked for 45 minutes, did the rowing machine for 15, and did the elliptical for another 30 minutes. I think I did pretty well! My dinner was absolutely delicious. I have been making soft tacos with low carb tortillas. I had some free range shredded chicken, some cheddar cheese, avocado, salsa, spinach and low fat sour cream. It was so good. I got a lot of fruit and vegetables at the store on Friday, so I will be eating loads of zucchini, mashed cauliflower, mushrooms, spinach, cucumber, red pepper, tomato and red onion. I have the makings in the refrigerator to make a greek salad any time I like. I am really trying to meal plan and plan ahead.
