As I expected being 2 weeks away from home for work and living of hotel food and take aways didn't help. Neither did a few family get togethers with way too much food. But, nonetheless, I'm still down. 2 Weeks ago I also started with weight training again for the first time in almost 10 years. Just a simple routine of 20 min 4 times a week alternating between upper and lower body. I also dropped another shirt size, XL to L, and pants size, 38 to 36, since my previous weight in. I'm still on OMAD and following a Keto diet. I don't think OMAD is ideal when doing weight training. Been pondering about a 5/2 fasting and changing the weight training to a 5 day split. Something like Push, Pull, Legs, Rest(Fast), Upper, Lower, Rest(Fast). Timing the fasting days to in the week, but then that means training over a weekend. Will have to decide how I'm going to do this. Please, feel free to comment on this if anyone have a better approach.
94 kg Lost so far: 37 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
