Dinaisra : hehehe. Saya juga masih dumbel 3kg kok aslinya. Wkwkwk. Dumbel 6kg dipake pas dumbel swing, squat, RDL, kdg jg upright row. Pencitraan saja kok dumbel 6kg 😂
