That was a difficult week to stay on track with the weekend jubilee celebrations and a meet up with friends on the Sunday resulted in a bigger intake of food and beer, kept to the calorie intake and managed 6 cross trainer exercises but not as much walking. I am off on a 5 week visit to my happy place on Monday so maybe a few pounds gained, will give me the incentive to get back on track when I come back
