Day 7 on keto : Yesterday I learned that coffee is good for people on diet since its increases metabolism and has very little calories. l'm not a coffee person, In fact I can't remember when is the last time I had my coffee. I guess that is one of the reason why I gain so easily. Well that's about to change. Had my first coffee (keto) this year. I can confirm the increase metabolism thing is true because I started sweating a little not long after I finish that cold cup of coffee. Nice.
