I started my diet on Sunday at 254 pounds, and today I weigh 248 pounds! I'm so proud of myself!!! I had been on Prednisone for a few months and gained so much weight. I'm no longer on the medication, and I FEEL GREAT knowing that I have already lost 6 pounds! Everybody watch out!!! I'm going to get my SEXY BACK!!!! :-)
