Towards the end of my 4th day doing keto I suddenly feel sick. I heard about keto flu when starting keto, but this is more like a fever. Not sure whether its the keto flu or something I ate.

Fever is not part of the keto flu. For keto flu make sure you have enough salt

I guess you're right. When I check my temperature, its normal. So its not fever. Just that my joints and muscle are still aching, I pee more frequently than before. Just bought an ointment for the pain and salted broad bean for the salt. Will see how it goes. Thank a lot liv.
