i have not been excersizing much i have been eating poorly and not drinkimg much water mostly soda starting today im going to cut back one less soda and replacing the soda with waterand junk food with more fruits and veggies a d healthier meals weigh in more frequently document food intake go down to one meal a day and if possible more salads ive got a califlower salad im going to make tonite
