I am tired of being told to make lemonade when life gives me lemons. It feels like that is all that has been happening for the past four years.
I am dusting myself off and setting up for yet another new attempt to lose the excess baggage, both physically and mentally. Time to celebrate even the small wins, like getting out for a walk even though it’s cold.
