I hope I didn't sabotage my plan, yesterday! I decided to have a few drinks, ( 4 shots worth of Vodka )while low in carbs, I decided to add Crystal Light to the Vodka and Diet 7 Up, after reading the ingredients, I was not a happy camper!I probably had too many shots to begin with! The last drink I just used a lime instead of the Crystal Light, perfect! Then, I ate 2 cheese & sausage brats. 3 carbs each.....! Sad thing about it, they really tasted bad!

Well on one hand, you planned and had something you wanted. That's progress over just drinking anything and eating whatever you want. On the other hand, sometimes it's better to have less of something you really want because it tastes better and its worth it. Some things like fat free mayo or cream cheese is just gross to me.
