pepaya dan sereal for bfast.lama ga mkn sereal krn kalo mkn harus bnyk baru kenyang jd tinggi kalori & gula.tapi krn hsl mcu kmaren gula krendahan berarti boleh nih sesekali sereal lg....dibantu pepaya biar ga perlu bnyk2 bs kenyang.. ☺
