Ass kicker but I’m a glutton for punishment sometimes. It does get my heart rate up. Slow and easy but I have seen people run it. Crazy

You just keep putting one foot ahead of the other, control your breathing and keep going. My friend, the swimmer, went with me. She is 77 and an awesome swimmer but has never been a hiker. She did it— cussing me out all the way, but really proud that she made it.
