Buenita, Vega is very tasty in my opinion. To my knowledge, Mel it’s not a meal replacement product. Having said that, I often will mix a scoop of Vega with raw spinach and frozen blueberries (or any kind of fruit I have handy. I generally just mix it with water but have used almond milk. My diet is actually loaded with fresh fruit veg and protein. I just enjoy the product and the means to make an easy, quick meal. It certainly doesn’t hurt to have extra protein, vitamins and omega-3’s

I used Vega for many years and the vanilla was a staple for me. I made a shake every morning and put frozen berries , chia , hemp and a bit of extra vanilla , ice and it was amazing . Now my body won’t digest it the same way but it certainly is a great way to enhance a variety of meals and it baked well also .
