My dinner was one of those delightful experiments that turned out delicious.
Pollo y Arroz con chili verde y queso. Grilled chicken thighs on fried riced cauliflower with green chili sauce and shredded colby jack cheese. Definitely on my dinner rotation from now on. 430 Kcal, 20.2g Net Carbs, 42.42g protein.
