I am so jazzed that my diet is FINALLY WORKING! And it is something I can stick with for the next few months to get to my goal! I've lost 9.7 lbs within 10 days. I learned about intermittent fasting years ago and it helped me get over tough hurdles. My slow points are the days between the Apple Cleanses. I've also added Apple Cider Vinegar tablets to my daily routine because of their benefit for my migraines. Also, on the days Apple Cleanse I have fewer headaches and migraines. I am a chronic migraine sufferer. So it is such a relief to have found something that will help me over time. http://www.wikihow.com/Cure-a-Headache-Without-Medication (see #9).
