Started phase 1 (or two depending on how you look at it) in my weight loss journey. My goal for this phase is to lose 10 pounds and reach 155 by the middle of March. I plan to do this by planning my meals in advance, continuing my running or other exercise programs, and keeping track of everything I put in my mouth or do with my body. So far, this plan is working. I started the week at 165.1 and have now dropped almost 3 pounds.keep up the good work!
