I had what amounted to a 2nd breakfast for lunch yesterday. It was very tasty including a particularly yummy slice of buttered toast 😁🍞🧈
I bought a bottle of water at the movie but did have a handful if my sister's popcorn.
Today I did well, coming in under 1600 calories but no exercise to speak of. It was a rainy day and I ended up watching several episodes of Grace & Frankie on Netflix.
Off to brush my teeth, read 📚 & bed 🛌 😴
