@buenitabishop Thank you honey. I was just talking the night before saying how I thought I might of hit a plateau already and woke up n lost some so I'm super excited too!! Are well today and stayed in a deficit and did my work out so maybe tomorrow I see more! Fingers crossed .😊 Hope you are well and had a blessed n happy day!! 🙏💕
