Did well yesterday. Are nutritious but had some boneless got wings last night that had too much salt. No sweets and no sodas. Yay!

Will be at home today so it will be hard to stay on track but I'm gonna try hard!

Taking a half of a diet pill after breakfast and am gonna start drinking my water !
84.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week
