ok here we go bahan - udang - jamur merang - dada ayam - daun bawang - cabai merah (opsional) bumbu basah - 1 sdm dark soy sauce - 1 sdm light soy sauce - 1/2 saus tiram - bubuk cabai - lada semua di mix jadi 1 bumbu tumis - bawang putih - bawang bombay cara masak : tumis bawang... sudah harum masukin udang & ayam ebaru masukin jamur kasih air dikit, kalau sudah agak matang baru masukin bumbu basah dan lanjut masak sampai enak
