Hehe sesekali ngak apa2 kak,cari real food aja spy lebih sehat kak.jgn hanya liat jumlah kalori saja kaks tapi harus liat kandunganya kalo hanya karbo saja tanpa protein dan lemak,ngak seimbang kak,malah jatuhnha kita bakal akan kecanduan dengan karbo (gula) saja
