Not really happy as i thought I had stayed the same over Christmas holidays but it now seems that I put on 2 pounds. I was with friends today and biscuits were put on the table so what did I do I ate 4. On the upside I have been swimming 2 days running. I must try to stay more focused which I don't find easy to do.
