We had Pizza Hut for dinner yesterday and I decided to have at it; 3 slices of a medium pep pan pizza, half a chicken wing (don’t like them) some fries, and half a chocolate cookie pie.

The total calories for the day was 2500. I regret nothing. 😋 Back to my good habits today, have a great day, everyone!

‘Normal’ eaters have hungry/higher calorie days mixed with modest hunger and low calorie days. I consider your pizza night to be moderate/hungry in all respects. Not cheating! We’ll make it, DomOlive, if we keep it REAL as you have done.

Yesterday I busted my daily goal by over 600 cal without excess... Today I had plenty of energy to grind my bike for 40 km. Have a good day!

today's my cheat day! visiting my nana for her birthday for the first time since before COVID. chips and dip, cookies, but I'm trying to be moderate with it haha
