Ambrosine's Journal, 13 May 11

ACK! Well, I was being good and cooking a delicious vegan mushroom soup to have this week and the mushrooms needed some wine. So I opened a bottle, and what the mushrooms didn't need I drank. Empty calories, but a delicious Merlot! So this morning I woke up a bit hung over so I decided to fix it with a breakfast burrito and a pepsi. Definately helped my head but not so good for the rest of me. My breakfast was half of my entire calorie count for today. Yikes.

so far I haven't been that healthy and haven't followed a vegan fat free very well at all. I mean really....sausage, cheese, eggs, and sour cream for breakfast? Sheesh!!! Oh well, I know I have fabulous, delicious, good for me mushroom soup waiting for dinner. Maybe I will bake a wonderful loaf of whole grain bread to go with it.

I hate it when an indulgent breakfast derails you for the day. Seems like there is nothing you can do to correct the rest of the daily intake. Hum...sounds like my day today, had a way too big breakfast.
