pdhl tiap hari menu daging,telur,tahu/tempe,brokoli,bayam,sawi,apel,pepaya,kcg merah,kcg kulit,bawang,tidur ckp.., tensi msh prihatin bgt.. malah kolesterol mesti hati2...kudu lebih jarangin lg gorengan+kue2 bersantan/mentega deh.
