some wins this week!!:
*13 pounds lost since feb 18, 2022
* ran 5km in 38 min, finally under 40 min (have been trying and building up to it since mid-march)
* not getting upset with myself for the slight weight gains during the week of my period, and understanding it's super natural. looking at the bigger picture and long-term health and fitness goals instead 😎
80.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
