Ok, well for the past 6 months I have been on and off again carbs, with a high amount during this past month, since Thanksgiving. Bad Choice, gained 12 lbs back. Restarting today on the low-carb plan, going to a gym, and actually tracking what I eat again. Lost 30 lbs doing this before, need to lose 40 more honestly, but will settle for 20 by the end of April for now. I know I can do it :)
