This week has been tough at work. I've dealt with it with food... and for the first time, I don't really mind. Not because I think it's ok, but because I know I can immediately get back on track this weekend after I get more than 4 hours of sleep a night. That's kind of a good feeling, to know that a few days lost doesn't mean I have to give up completely or seek radical measures. Thanks, "fatsecret." :)
