I'm trying to keep myself decently active. Im no longer sick or at least sick a bit. I looked over the last year and I realized that everything I did added up. Diets, exercises. The key was consistency and not giving up. I'm doing the same thing this year. When I don't feel like running I walk. There's no day with at least 1 hour walk. On top of that walk I add things like housework or crosstraining or yoga. And things work. Im constantly losing weight, though not much but the thing is I'm moving forward.
